Description
The mala and bracelet is made of 108 Rose Quartz gemstone beads + 1 guru bead. It is very carefully knotted by hand with a colour matching thread. Malas and bracelets are also said to be Prayer beads and are used for counting the recited mantras. Many temples have 108 steps, and it is said that each person has 108 lives. And a mantra works after 108 repetitions.
Rose Quartz is known as the stone of love and is believed to promote self-love, compassion, and harmony in relationships. It is also believed to promote peaceful sleep by warding off nightmares and night terrors. The rose quartz crystal is associated with the throat chakra as well as the heart chakra.
